From day 1 Louise totally got what we wanted and needed. She put together a suitable design and helped us make decisions around various surfaces and styles. Everything was well managed and the fitter (James,) and electricians (Raymond, Mark and Alex) were excellent, all taking great care of the property. The new extractor required a new duct through the wall and being a 1st floor property this required a scaffold to fit the outlet. Organising this was left to us but otherwise this job would warrant a perfect score. Having a good appliance supplier opposite their showroom (Clocktower, Milnthorpe) helped in coordinating the supply of appliances too. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this company. Wonderful experience with Carl Graham Interiors who provided an outstanding downstairs cloakroom both in terms of product and fitting. Excellent communication and service, and very accommodating of the customer. It's now my favourite room of the house! Thank you for doing a wonderful upgrade on my kitchen, which now looks like new. There was minimal disruption and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day, with rubbish being removed from the site. I’ve waited a year to post this review just to see how things have settled down.  Overall we are really happy with our kitchen. Great quality and finish and some fabulous tradesmen who really did a good job. However, there are a few things that could have been better. During the initial design stage no one looked at our water pressure. We may have made different choices if it had been pointed out that ours was low. Our hot tap now comes out in a gentle stream - takes ages to fill the sink so we don’t bother. When the dishwasher or washing machine are emptying you can hear the gurgling throughout the house - the noise is awful. Our (still wonky) aluminium radiators make a lot of noise heating up and cooling down. Great kitchen, iffy plumbing. And it takes an age for anyone to get back to you by email so always call.
